Starting Over

As I start this new blog, I’m a little annoyed with myself.

I already created a blog years ago using my name… but it was long before I completely understood the world that is google and gmail.
Don’t get me wrong.  I still don’t completely understand it. After all, I used a typewriter in college and went to the library when I needed to research a paper.

Now that I’ve gotten a better understanding of this technologically advanced world, I’m still amazed by how much I don’t know… nor even comprehend… Yet, my fellow weather forecasters in their 20’s can run circles around me posting and communicating and blogging and commenting and linking and liking…

So yes, I’m sure there’s a way to link my old blog (which I created under an old email address no longer used) to this new one, but as a mom of 3 who wakes up at 2am every day, I just don’t have the time or energy to figure out how to make that happen.

So I’ll let my old address keep MY name on that blog, and I’ll just start a new one. I’ve added “wx” to my name (morse code for weather) and move on.

Of course, I do know how to cut and paste. So maybe I’ll go find some of those old blogs and paste them here.

I’m also feeling pretty hip about the fact that I’m typing this very first “new” blog on my iPhone.
Of course, if I hit “publish” and it posts upside down, let me just apologize now.
